We are pleased to be on a filtered water treatment system through our public utilities. The water coming from all of our sources is great for drinking, bathing and cooking!

Check out our new fangled water dispenser INSIDE the fridge. It's right there, on the left hand side (kinda hidden). Fill up those water bottles before your day out and stay hydrated. 

As there are times when no one is in our home we have installed a Smart Water system that monitors usage and patterns and can automatically shut our entire water system down. It detects unusual activity including: fast water flow, high water usage, extended water use, unusual flow rate, unusual activity at time of day, unusual event duration, change in water pressure and more. If the unusual activity is not resolved, the system will shut down and alert us.
