We provide complete climate control via our smart ecobee thermostats across two zones. Each zone is set for comfortable temperatures based on the current outdoor climate. 

Please be sure to keep the Main/Game Floor set to a LOWER temperature in the summer than the Suite Floor for the system to work properly. We've found that 3 degrees is just right (e.g. Main 69/Suite 72). 

Main floor and Game floor - These two floors are controlled by the zone off of the living room and has sensors located on each floor to automatically adjust based on temperature and occupancy.

Suite floor - This floor is controlled off the bedroom hallway and has sensors (those white things on the wall with the bee on them) in the bedrooms to automatically adjust based on temperature and occupancy.  

To adjust temperature beyond the presets simply touch the digital thermostat and slide your finger up or down to your desired temperature. This will temporarily override the comfort settings.

While it doesn't often get sub-artic in the Smokies it can. We provide you with a backup portable heater for use during these instances. You'll find that below the kitchen sink.
